1 lb liver, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/4 c wheat germ
2 onions, chopped
3 strips bacon, cut into 1 inch pieces
Frybacon until crisp; add onions. Fry until golden. Push to one side or remove if skillet is small. Roll liver in wheat germ and brown in bacon fat. Add onion and bacon mixed together. Cover and ocok for about 5 minutes.
